E.C. Ross, President

E.C. Ross has worked for the City of Red Bluff engineering for 20 years and the City of Chico as the assistant director and the director of public works for 17 years. He has served on the PATH board for 4 years. He brings a knowledge of construction to the PATH Board which will be needed when PATH is able to construct a homeless shelter in the County of Tehama.
